All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1. US orders will ship from our  warehouse in the United States, and our delivery partners (such as: UPS, Fedex, USPS) will deliver to your delivery address.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we experience excess orders. Please allow extra transit days for delivery. If there is a noticeable delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Its name derived from the English words "wow" and "cat", signifies our aim to bring consumers a stunning outdoor experience, while enjoying the freedom akin to a cat. 

In the early stages of our journey, we faced many challenges. How do we design a product that meets the consumer's pursuit of outdoor fun, while also offering aesthetic appeal and intelligent features? Our founding team, through countless attempts and improvements, eventually designed a city folding e-bike and a motor-style e-bike. They not only have excellent performance, but also win consumers love with their unique designs. Our story doesn't end here, rather, its just a new beginning.

Except as provided herein and subject to the limitations below, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@wowcatbike.com.com to obtain the return warehouse address.

To be eligible for a return. Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, You need to return these together to the order shipping warehouse address or they will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.

If you return the product after 30 days from receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

All returns must provide a tracking number on the same day. Otherwise, the warehouse will refuse the return.
